ARCHVTYPE is a set of self portrait images that stem from a ‘Graphik A Week’ series posted to Instagram (2016). These five pieces incorporate the self-portrait, found objects and structures within the landscape. Archetype aims to awaken the senses of the individual as they realign within the elements of their surroundings within nature. These works use photo manipulation and glitch art aesthetics to explore interactions of personal culture & identity and the inter-connectivity between human, animal and spirit.
